- visual connections

- better memory & retention of the content!

Students fill in the sheets, answer the questions, and color, doodle or embellish. Then, they can use it as a study guide later on.

Content includes:

- goal when solving an equation

- Inverse operations

- how to show work

- how to write solutions

- checking answers by plugging back in

- concept of a solution

- keeping the equation balanced / equivalent

- practice and examples

Reviews from other teachers:

Used as a study guide for my daughter in Algebra! She is filling in the notes as a way to review the topics taught throughout the year!

This is my second time purchasing Doodle Notes and I and my students love them! I work with students are below grade level and need extra supports in learning grade level concepts. The Doodle Notes are engaging and my students love coloring them as we fill them in and practice the concepts.

Engaging and helpful during distance learning for my son. He enjoyed the graphics and it helped to keep him engaged while learning and reviewing.

I LOVE THESE DOODLE NOTES! The visuals and the concepts are easy to follow and engaging for students. The students enjoy having colorful and meaningful notes to refer back to. I used this for my advanced students in 6th grade.

My students and I enjoy using doodle/visual notes in Math. This helped them to visualize how the one step equations work. I often use Math giraffe resources and found this a great addition. Great resource!

I have a student that's really struggling with everything being digital. I started providing a "Doodle Notes" version of the notes for her (and any other student that wanted them) to use as a way to engage her in the lesson. She loved them!
